Out of pocket expenses are charged on the basis of actuals and are estimated in advance.

Third Party Expenses are reimbursed on actuals

The relationship between a Client and Clea is sealed through a Contract signed at the beginning of the relationship.

All payments are received in advance, at the beginning of each quarter.

As an alternate system, Clea is hired on the basis of a Minimum Retainer Fee with intensity of work being calculated on a time-sheet basis. Hourly rates are applied to each level that works on the client's business and a final Time Rate calculated at the end of the month. Of the two, i.e. Minimum Retainer v/s Time Rate, the client pays the higher amount.
