A Post Graduate in Business Administration and a Double M.A. in English and Economics, with over 15 years experience in Public Relations and Marketing, he has extensive experience in the areas of Marketing, Brand Building, Public Relations, Financial Communications and related areas of Public Relations such as Event Management, Media Relations, Marketing Communications etc. He teaches in prestigious institutes such as IIM, MICA, Catering Colleges , Vocational Institutes and various Management Schools across the country. He is on the Board of Directors of several public limited companies and has won numerous awards and citations for his pioneering work in the areas of Public Relations, Marketing and Branding Communications, Brand Building , Crisis Communications etc. He is on the Advisory Board of various educational institutions, social organisations, industry associations, awards committees and is also a former Managing Committee Member of the Advertising Club. He is also a Film Director and a Song Writer.

Vinod is acknowledged as one of the most prolific strategy thinkers in the field of Communications and has to his credit numerous successful Brand and PR campaigns including Smirnoff, Barista, Baskin Robbins, Shopper's Stop, Gini & Jony, Idea Cellular, SAP, Chivas Regal, Gulf Oil, HTMT and many more. In 1997 he was awarded the Best Communication Professional of the Year by the E&Y Achievers Forum and in 1998 was recognised as 14 th amongst the Top 100 Brilliant Communication Professionals by the International Association of World Communicators and featured continuously in this list year after year. Vinod is also a Panel Member of the Association of Marketing Professionals and a Jury Member of the International Communications Film Guild.

Sangeeta Kuriakos, Chief Executive Officer. A Graduate in Psychology and a counselor by profession, she joined Clea PR as a Trainee and rose to her current position in a span of 8-years. Highly intelligent, nimble and a brilliant thinker, Sangeeta is one of the most sought after professionals in the field of PR in India . With over 10 years of experience in the PR & Communications field, she has managed prestigious accounts like BPL Mobile, Hallmark Channel, Monsanto , Seagram , 9 Gold, Idea Cellular, The UN Foundation and Channel [V] amongst others. She has been with Clea PR since inception and is based out of Delhi .

In Delhi , Shoba Soman is the Vice President , who has over two-decades of experience in the field of communication and media. Shoba has also been with Clea since its beginning and is one of the soundest strategic minds in the business. She's a post-graduate in Journalism and Public Relations and has an in-depth understanding of the FMCG and Consumer Durables markets in the country.
